These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Subscriber" or "you") and WiFiwala ("Swip Wifi Network Private Limited" or "we" or "us"). By using the WiFiwala Broadband services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
WiFiwala will make reasonable efforts to provide continuous and reliable broadband services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Subscribers are responsible for selecting and paying for their chosen service plans. Monthly service fees are billed in advance, and additional charges may apply for extra services or usage beyond the plan limits.
Payments are due on the specified billing date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Subscribers may be provided with modems, routers, or other necessary equipment. It is the Subscriber's responsibility to use and maintain the equipment appropriately. WiFiwala may charge for the replacement or repair of damaged or lost equipment.
Subscribers must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, and infringement of intellectual property rights
WiFiwala reserves the right to monitor and manage network traffic to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse
WiFiwala respects the privacy of its Subscribers. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with notice. WiFiwala reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately in case of violation of these terms or non-payment.
WiFiwala is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
WiFiwala may modify these terms or the Services at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
