Swip Wifi Network Private Limited - Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscribers of WiFiwala Broadband services ("WiFiwala" or "we" or "us"). By using our broadband services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. Subscription Cancellation:

    Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription to WiFiwala services at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, subscribers must contact our customer support through the provided channels.

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

    Monthly Subscription: Subscribers canceling within the billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund for that month. Refunds for future months will be processed.

    Annual Subscription: Subscribers canceling an annual subscription within the first month may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining months.

  3. Refund Process:

    Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support. The refund process may take up to 10- 14 business days to complete.

  4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the subscriber during the initial subscription.

  5. Non-Refundable Charges:

    Installation fees, activation fees, and any other one-time charges are non-refundable.

    Usage charges beyond the subscription plan limits are non-refundable.

  6. Service Disconnection:

    Upon cancellation, WiFiwala will disconnect the broadband service within a reasonable timeframe. Subscribers are responsible for returning any provided equipment in good condition.

  7. Changes to Subscription Plans:

    Subscribers may request changes to their subscription plans (e.g., upgrading or downgrading). Changes will be effective from the next billing cycle.

  8. Force Majeure:

    WiFiwala is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or technical issues.

  9. Suspension or Termination:

    WiFiwala reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of the services.
